1. Services Provided
We offer professional auto detailing services, including ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, interior and exterior detailing, engine bay cleaning, waxing services, and ozone odor treatment. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.
2. Payment and Pricing
We accept all payment types, including cash and card. Payments must be made in full before services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed securely through the Wix payment platform.
3. Cancellation Policy
For subscription detail appointments, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge, and the appointment will be forfeited.
4. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from their vehicle before their scheduled service. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle. Additionally, customers must disclose any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before the service begins.
6. Weather Policy
As a mobile detailing service, our ability to complete services may be affected by weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, or extreme temperatures. If weather conditions prevent us from performing a service, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience.
7. Mobile Service Requirements
For mobile detailing services, customers must provide a safe and accessible location for our team to perform the work. This includes a driveway, parking lot, or other suitable areas with enough space for our equipment and team. If access to water and electricity is required for a specific service, we will inform you in advance. If an appropriate location is not provided, we may need to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
8. Liability Disclaimer
While we take great care in providing high-quality detailing services, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or any issues that arise due to improper vehicle maintenance. By using our services, you agree to release us from any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Everest Mobile Detailing and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written consent.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for scheduling, communication, and transaction purposes. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments.
